How do I set up my travel zones?

Go to Schedule Settings and click on 'Travel Zones'. Add ZIP codes or custom labels for areas you serve. You can assign different zones to different weekdays.

Can I share my schedule with team members?

Yes! In Team Settings, you can enable 'Shared scheduling logic' to allow team members to see each other's availability and travel zones.

How do I optimize my route between appointments?

WandrWise automatically suggests the most efficient route based on your travel zones and appointment locations. Check the 'Route Optimization' feature in your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. You can manage your payment methods in the Billing section.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Go to your Schedule page, find the appointment, and click 'Edit'. You can reschedule or cancel with automatic notifications sent to your client.
