In no event shall WandrWise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from WandrWise at the number provided, sent using an automated system. WandrWise provides a scheduling and route-optimization platform for mobile service professionals, and our text messages relate to your appointments — including booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and account notifications.
